Ticketed farm festival in Devine, southwest of San Antonio, with Santa, Texas snow and a cut-your-own tree field. Weekends Nov 21 – Dec 20; trees $20 a foot.
Devine Acres is a working farm off FM 2200 just outside Devine, about 40 minutes southwest of downtown San Antonio. At Christmas it runs CountryFest, a ticketed farm festival, and in 2026 it opens a weekend before Thanksgiving so families can get a fresh tree early. You can choose and cut a tree in the field or pick a pre-cut tree shipped from North Carolina.
Admission covers the farm, visits with Santa (you take your own photos), live music, Texas snow, photo spots and access to the tree lot. Food and drinks, face paint, fishing, gem mining and the other add-ons cost extra, and a $15 bundle covers several of them. Trees are $20 a foot.
Because this is a ticketed event, it costs more than a plain tree farm. The farm softens that by giving each household a $10 tree voucher per ticket, up to $50, so a family of four gets $40 off its tree. Tickets are cheaper online ($18.95) than at the gate ($24.95), plus tax and fees, and children 2 and under are free. Gate tickets are sold only if the day hasn't sold out online.
