Mile-long drive-thru light show in the Dell Diamond parking lot, nightly Nov 6, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027, 5:30–10 pm. One ticket covers the car; dogs welcome.
The Light Park is the Austin area's drive-thru light show, set up in the parking lot of the Dell Diamond, the baseball stadium in Round Rock. You drive the mile-long route at about 3 mph with your headlights off and the radio tuned to the station they give you, so the music plays in sync with the lights. It's open rain or shine, and you stay in the car the whole time, which makes it a good choice with babies, grandparents or a cold night.
It's open every night from November 6, 2026 to January 3, 2027, from 5:30 to 10 pm. Hours run until 11 pm on November 26–28 and December 18–26. One ticket covers the whole car, and prices change by night: Monday to Thursday is cheaper. The park says those nights usually have waits under 5 minutes, against 30–45 minutes at busy times. Dogs are welcome as long as they stay inside the car.
From central Austin it's about 25 minutes up I-35 or SH-130 to Round Rock.
